Events The book of Daniel takes place from B.C. 605 to 530, bridging both the Babylonian and Persian kingdoms rule over Judea and Jerusalem.  Daniel follows a turbulent and period in Israels history.  Israel and Judah were fan nations between the powerful nations of Egypt, Assyria and Babylon.
